METRICS RESEARCH is organizationally structured in order to allow for a matrix system of reporting that maximizes work efficiency.
METRICS RESEARCH is able to effectively conduct clinical research in different environments by employing individuals indigenous to each area. Equipped with knowledge of the local languages, customs and regulatory requirements, METRICS RESEARCH's local personnel provide an extra level of service to sites that non-locals are unable to contribute. The clinical team members are qualified with a university degree and a medical/ clinical/pharmacy background. They are trained in current Good Clinical Practices and other applicable standards that relate to their operational functions.
METRICS RESEARCH recognizes that to consistently deliver high quality services on time, each employee must have a fundamental understanding of METRICS RESEARCH's philosophy and processes. METRICS RESEARCH ensures this consistency by training each employee in-house, regardless of any previous experience, and partners’ new employees with more senior personnel. Each METRICS RESEARCH employee is trained in the same basic principles of adding bona fide value to the customer, on which METRICS RESEARCH was founded.
